All breads (a.k.a.  "baos") and pastries are freshly baked every morning by bakers from Hong Kong.  We will be carrying selections such as Red Bean Buns, HK Egg Tarts, Curry Buns, Pork Sung Baos, and much more! Vietnamese Charbroiled Pork

Marinated in our special lemongrass marinade with love, then grilled, the Vietnamese Charbroiled Pork is something you will want either in a banh-mi, with rice, or with vermicelli rice noodles( a.k.a. bun)!

The rice box is served with a steamed pork cake with mushroom & rice noodles + pickled daikon & carrot & cucumber salad + our Special Vietnamese sweet sauce to pour over the pork and rice.

If you choose to have it with noodles in a cup! the Vietnamese Charbroiled pork can be paired with Vermicelli Rice Noodles [a.k.a. Bun] + cabbage slaw + cucumbers + pickled daikon & carrots + fresh mint + cilantro + special Vietnamese sweet sauce

Chicken Katsu, Chicken Katsu, how do i explain the ways i love you.  Marinaded chicken breast, then breaded with some panko-love [Japanese bread crumbs]. Deep fried then placed a'la cabbage + Katsu sauce counterpart + Macaroni Salad + Rice & Ebi Furikake [Japanese Dried Shrimp and Seaweed rice topping]
